very beautiful! great work on the shadows and highlights, very nice movement and anatomy.

I do notice that the hand on the left is a little small comparing it to the arm that is further away, if the hand is supposed to be forward it should be a little larger, right now since its a little small it makes the arm elbow down look a little short. also, his cheek bone on the left seems to throw his face off because its rounded more then the other one, possibly just make that round a little more softer.

other then that you did a wonderful job on the over artwork, very nice effect of the bullets hitting the shield; it has a really nice reflective surface.

I hope this helps a little bit ^ ^
